Store Policy

Here at The Dunk Collection, we want you have the smoothest shopping experience possible. Below we have outlined our general store policy, which will hopefully answer most of the questions you may have about our store policies. We pride ourselves on our customer service so if you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us and we can help you out with any questions that you may have.


We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

We also have an option for PayPal. Packages will not be shipped until payments have been cleared and we encourage you to contact us if you are having any problems with payment.

You can find our contact information on our contact page. If there is a problem with your payment, we will promptly notify you via email, so that we can solve the problem as easily and quickly as possible.


  • Your products will ship via UPS standard ground and will arrive in 3-7 days depending on where you are in the country.
  • If your billing address is different than your shipping address, you will have the option to enter a new address on the billing information page.
  • If you have ordered multiple products and need them to ship to two different addresses, you can leave us a note on the billing page and we can sort that out for you.
  • We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages on confirmed deliveries. If your order was confirmed to be delivered by the carrier but you didn't receive it, please follow this link to start a claim with UPS.
  • If you are concerned about your order being stolen upon delivery, please contact us and we will require a signature for delivery.
